Tris-Glycine-SDS PAGE Buffer (10X) is a concentrated solution of Tris-Glycine-SDS in distilled/deionized water, especially intended for use as the running buffer in SDS-PAGE of proteins. Each bottle of Tris-Glycine-SDS PAGE Buffer (10X) contains 0.25M Tris base, 1.92M glylcine, and 1% (w/v) SDS.
