The most commonly used wash and incubation buffer for Western blotting in a convenient 10X concentrate. Ultra pure reagents and stringent quality control ensures the best results from your experiments. When diluted to 1X, National Diagnostics’ TBST yields a buffer containing 25mM tris, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM potassium chloride and 0.05% TWEEN-20 (TWEEN is a registered trademark of ICI Americas).
